It is a gorgeous architecturally designed house with very good natural light, ventilation and good bones.
Exceptional location within walking distance to everything we need, transport, shops, cafes, parks, tennis - you name it.
Two seperate living areas so that we have our own spaces.
Your room is large, spacious with walk in robe and spacious ensuite. Lots of power points and thoughtfully designed for functionality.
No mold, well insulated with proper ducted heating and cooling, no garden maintenance so we won’t be spending weekends looking after the property and lawns!
Please note photos are from a previous sale, I move in over the coming weeks and there is still room for some furniture if you have some. I come with quality furniture and a baby grand piano. Am open and flexible to a housemate who does or does not have much to add to the home by way of personal belongings.
We may want an extra fridge if you like to cook! I have quality furniture and kitchenware.

I am busy a lot, social, an avid hiker, practice reformer Pilates, enjoy golf and tennis. I tend to keep home a peaceful place. I eat clean and live a pretty happy and healthy lifestyle. I pretty much live in activewear and so am more the active healthy type and less a glamour girl.
I have always lived with friends and friends of friend, and although out a lot I have always enjoyed having a nice person around.
I am very independent and also very caring and will be around to make sure that you are comfortable and happy and will generally keep the house a cheery and happy place.
I am flexible, calm, even keeled, and easily approachable. I want my housemate to be happy and comfortable and have been very lucky to have always had wonderful relationships with the people I live with.
Would suit someone similar who would like to live alone but is giving preference for a beautiful home at this price point in an overpriced and competitive market.
I have permission to sublet. And so for security reasons the necessary ID and application will be submitted to the owners and so you should be a credible and financially secure person with references.
