About me
Hi, I’m Sarah – your potential new flatmate, resident nerd, and chaos goblin (but only at my craft table).

I’m 30 years old, originally from Munich, Germany, and currently enjoying my last visa year in beautiful Australia. I studied Theatre Studies and spent the past years working in a dream shop for any geek’s heart: selling board games, TCGs, tabletop stuff, pen & paper goodies, manga, and retro games. Basically, if it's nerdy, I’m into it.

Fantasy is my happy place – whether it’s through books, movies, Magic: The Gathering, LARPing, or roleplaying campaigns that spiral wildly off-script. When I’m not battling imaginary dragons, I’m usually writing, drawing, sewing, or talking to my plants like they’re close friends (because they are). I also love animals and left behind a very grumpy but very loved old cat back home.

Creativity is my jam – I DIY like there’s no tomorrow and always have about five different projects going at once. That means my desk may look like a tiny hurricane hit it, but fear not! I love shared spaces like the kitchen, living room and bathroom to be clean and comfy. (I wield a dish sponge like a paladin wields a sword.)

I’m pretty extroverted, love having people over, and will absolutely cook for you just because you looked vaguely hungry. I also bake. Yes, you want me as your flatmate.

Not a party animal anymore – these days, I prefer board game nights, group cooking sessions, movie marathons, or long chats over tea/beer/wine/whatever you’re into.

If you're into fantasy, fun, or food – we’ll get along just fine.

I love a clean, tidy home and know how to get to that. I also love to cook (especially for other people) and I have a lot of funny, exciting and fantastic stories to tell you while we enjoy a nice dinner.

I have no furniture, just a backpack and a luggage. I am neither vegetarian nor vegan, but I like to try new food and eat less meat so if you have nice recipes I am happy to try them. I would prefer to have my own groceries but love to share my food if we cook together (because cooking just for myself is boring).
