I am 34, two years ago I moved to Sydney from Argentina and looking for a rental (furnished).

-Location: Around CBD area, like Surry Hills, Darlinghurst or Potts point

-Term: Long-term, mid-August onwards for 6+ months

I'm tidy, friendly and well organized. I do not smoke and I´m a very clean person, quiet and respectful. I'm looking for a place not just to sleep but to have a beautiful friendship and respect and support each other to live peacefully and joyfully.
By profession I am a bank human resources analyst. In my free time I enjoy cooking, exercising, exploring the city and find new cafes.
I will only be able to carry out inspections starting July 22nd.
