I work as an Admin Officer for QLD Health 4 days a week. I’m honest, very clean & tidy person, always reliable, quiet & respectful. I live a healthy lifestyle & enjoy Pilates, TRX, gym class, family time, a good coffee, markets & going to church on Sunday’s!! 🙏🏼 I don’t smoke, rarely drink & no pets. Would be a blessing to live with someone likeminded who is kind & friendly & doesn’t mind a chat but also happy for their own space and boundaries too. Looking for a relaxed, peaceful space & vibe I can call home. My budget is up to $350 p/wk. (Utilities included ~ I am very mindful of electricity and water usage)

I have a really nice lounge, TV cabinet & Tv, bookcase that would love to set up so we have our own space. I also have fridge, washing machine, sideboard, boxes or kitchen stuff that currently is on my side of the garage where I am now. Around the edges and I park my car in next to it. I have my bedroom furniture too.
