Hi! I’ve just moved from Perth and am looking for a place. I’m friendly, clean and respectful. My favourite pastime is a cup of tea and a good book. I’m an experienced actor/writer and am currently working on my online business. For those concerned, I have plenty of savings that I can comfortably live on for at least a year while I get my business up and running, and I’ll be getting some part time work in the meantime (aside from my acting). I am looking for a place near the train line and preferably furnished. I may, on occasion, ask for an hour of quiet if I have an audition (so no heavy metal in the background 😂), but I try to time those when my roommates are out of the house when possible. I am staying with family and am flexible about move in dates.

Important personal qualities
I act so I need to do video shoots sometimes so the understanding to give me the space and quiet to do that is important as it is part of my job. Tidiness is essential (a bit of mess is fine of course, just have respect for communal spaces) and equal contribution to the household. I'd like a friendly atmosphere; everyone to be comfy with each other whilst still enjoying our own space.
Food sharing and furniture
I'm not vegan per se, but I do stick to a vegan diet 80% of the time. No preaching, I promise, it's just my dietary preference so I prefer to make my own food. Generally I prefer split the fridge/cupboard space and food isn't shared unless the offer is made.
