Hey everyone, I'm Ignacio :)
Looking for a place from the start of August, but also got some flexibility.
I’m an Architect, work full time in Collingwood so ideally looking for something nearby, or with a relatively easy PT or bike commute.
I’m pretty easy to live with. I’m laid-back, clean and I’ve lived in a bunch of share houses over the years and always had great experiences.
I’m usually pretty quiet during the week, aside from the odd work social or a catch up with a friend. Trying to get back into a better routine with exercise too.
Weekends are a mix of seeing friends, tennis, bike rides, gigs, or also taking it easy at home. I’m also into the occasional camping trip or weekend away.
Ideally looking to live with someone chill and friendly. I’m always up for a chat, a glass of wine, or the occasional shared meal or Netflix wind-down, but also really value personal space and downtime (yours and mine ;))
