I work in account management for a company in the LATAM market, so my schedule is a bit unusual (9am–2pm at the office and 9pm–11pm WFH). I’m financially stable and always on top of rent and bills.
I’m laid-back, clean, and respectful. I've lived in both solo and sharehouse setups for 5+ years, so I know how to keep things tidy and be a thoughtful flatmate. Just to be upfront, I smoke but I’m happy to adjust to your needs. Always mindful of others' comfort!
