About this person
I'm a full time student studying Linguistics and physics. I was studying/working in business, so I've lived independently for 7 years now. I've had a bit of an expedited working/study history so I'm looking for a more quiet/mature living arrangement.
On the listing I've put three months but depending on the place I'd also be interested in a 6 to 12 month rental. I'm just looking for a place to move into immediately since I'm in Pakenham at the moment and work/network in the CBD so commuting has been tough.
Big plus would be a garden or courtyard area since I enjoy having my morning coffee outside at home.
I'd like to take things easy now, since I'm working permanent part time as a stylist while also doing independent personal styling. So finding a place to share is preferred. My schedule tends to fluctuate these days so in general I like to keep to myself to best handle my calendar. I'm increasing my study load this semester so a quiet spot would be much appreciated.
Hobbies wise I'm a bit all over the place, I read a lot of classic literature/whatever scientific papers interest me, hand sewing and in general fixing junk but I'm also into jazz clubs/spoken word nights

Being tidy is important to me but I also understand people can get busy, so open communication about capabilities is something I value. Basically if things feel overwhelming for a bit just tell me and I don't mind picking up more of the housework. I like a beautiful space to walk into so just be upfront/check in with me.
