About this person
Hi! My name is Goheun, and I’m originally from South Korea. I moved to Australia in 2019 and am currently a student living in Melbourne.
I graduated from a national university in Korea where I studied Biological Education and English Education. After working as a high school teacher for about a year, I decided to move to Australia to explore new opportunities and experiences.
I’m an animal lover and currently live with my lovely spoodle dog. I enjoy clean, quiet living environments and am respectful of others’ space and privacy. I’m tidy, responsible, and prefer a calm and peaceful home rather than a party house.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, studying, exercising, and spending time outdoors. I believe good communication is the key to a happy and respectful shared living experience.
I’m looking forward to finding like-minded flatmates who are friendly, considerate, and value a positive, warm home atmosphere. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to know more about me 😊

Important personal qualities
I believe a good flatmate is someone who is respectful, clean, responsible, and easy to communicate with.
I used to be a school teacher in South Korea, so I am naturally organised, considerate, and used to living and working respectfully with others. I understand the importance of boundaries and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. I always clean up after myself and try to create a peaceful, comfortable home environment.
Now I am living in Australia and focusing on improving my English, so I spend most of my time studying. I live quietly, don’t smoke, and rarely have guests. I also respect others’ schedules and privacy.
I believe good communication and mutual respect are the keys to being an ideal flatmate. I am friendly, reliable, and open-minded, and I always try to solve problems calmly and politely if they arise.

Food sharing and furniture
I’m happy to arrange my own food, but I’m also open to sharing sometimes if we both agree. I’m not vegetarian or vegan — I enjoy all kinds of food!
Description of pets
I’m moving with my dog Roy. He’s a Spoodle (a Spaniel and Poodle mix). He’s very sweet and calm at home, but he can be a bit shy or scared around new people or other dogs at first.
