Important personal qualities
I'm no stranger to sharing space as I've lived in shared houses for years when I was in Uni.
I don't mind being the guy doing extra work to keep things tidy if I have to, but I believe it is fair to expect everyone to be mature and responsible without prompting.
I favor quiet environment as I believe home is where people should be able to unwind and rest without distractions. So please no loud noises, parties or getting wasted in the middle of the night.
Hygiene is extremely important to me. Like I mentioned above, I am happy to do my part and beyond but everyone needs to play their part accordingly!
I also prefer a non-smoking environment. Substance abuse is strictly a no no.
Tldr : clean, tidy, and quiet with everyone contributing fairly. A very reasonable and sensible standard yes yes.
