I have rented through Biggin Scott in Ballarat and through Ray White in Wheelers Hill both of them for about year and a half each.
I follow the AFL (don’t hold this one against me) I follow Carlton.
I do a little house sitting as a hobby I totally enjoy it.

I would say I’m not a big drinker or a party person, I’m pretty easy to get along with and go with the vibe of the house and would like a housemate to be similar as I know we all have commitments during the week.
Someone you can sit down and watch a movie, documentary or a game of footy, or just chat and a laugh whatever is on the go at the time or even just hanging out in the kitchen cooking up a storm.
I’m ok with housemates having people over.
I like to cook, I clean up after myself, don’t mind pottering around the house.
I respect peoples personal space, and I understand people just need their own space.
I’m a good communicator, good listener, easy-going, down to earth, funny, honest, trustworthy, reliable, helpful.
At times I can keep to myself so you’ll probably find me in my room having a bit of quiet time.

I don’t mind putting money in for food.
I can cook a meal or three don’t mind sharing the meal with housemates and sitting around and having a chat about each other’s day, I also clean up after my cooking.
I have my own bedroom furniture, what else doesn’t fit in the house hopefully it can be stored in a garage or somewhere.
I have spares for the house if needed like a fridge, washing machine, TV, TV cabinet, vacuum cleaner, microwave. etc
