My name is Luke im 48 years old I've been renting a granny flat for the last 7 years at Helensvale the owner is selling and I don't want to wait till new owners buys and says you cant start. I have 2 kids that I get every 2nd weekend 15 and 14 I work full time driving a truck.
I have a partner that owns her own home i stay there when she doesn't have her son. I stay at hers about 3 nights a week. We have only been dating 6 months way to early to move in together. Im looking at a 12 months lease and go from there. I would like to be considered for the room???
Just a little more about me (us) im a none smoker, clean and tidy person and the kids are the same 💯💯💯 some say im a little ocd on that lol. I love doing house work and tiding up around the yard. So I would pull my weight around the house. When I have the kids we are out most of the days we don't just lay around the house all day
