I am looking for either a studio/Granny flat in the Gold Coast area (I'm pretty flexible with which suburb) and I am looking for something available early/mid August.
I am 36 years old and work full time in a veterinary clinic. When I'm not working I enjoy going for hikes and spending time down the beach. I am very friendly, easy to get along and very respectful of others personal space and quiet time.
I come with a 9 year old indoor only female cat called Tinkerbell who is a Ragdoll breed; she is very chilled and placid, she doesn't destroy or scratch at things which can be verified by my current and previous rentals (happy to provide their details). She is toilet trained and up to date on vaccinations etc.
