My name is Sydney and I've just recently moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast. I grew up in Western Sydney where I was born, but was most recently living in Bondi for work.
I'm currently living with family until I find a a place a bit closer to my work.
I have flat shared before when I was younger (in Sydney) and I own two properties off my own down in NSW that I rent out for additional income.
I work full time in construction as a project manager. I work from the office in Bundall, or on site and that makes me not around very much; after I go to the gym.
I am an early riser who likes to go for a run or a swim in the beach before going into work. Weekends I'm usually away staying with my family in Burleigh Heads or with friends in Brisbane.
I'm quiet, independent, I love traveling and exploring new places. On top of my own personal travel, my work does have me sent away to rural areas for a week at a time here and there when I have projects away.
I have my own car, I'm flexible with furnishings, I'm happy to supply my own furniture or move into something already furnished.

I'm extremely tidy and clean. I need to live with someone on the same page as far as kitchen and bathroom cleanliness goes.
Shared spaces need to be tidy and cleaned regularly as well. When I'm home you'll probably find me deep cleaning random parts of the house as I take great pride in having a clean home to relax in.
Friendly housemates that are understanding if I'm not around very often, but also am open to the occasional dinner and games night.
I am not looking for a party house. I'd prefer to live with other working professionals.
