Hi there! My name is Peter and I'm an American moving back to Sydney on a working holiday visa. I currently have a job lined up in Bondi for the summer and will be going through training to be a Pilates Instructor as well. I keep a fairly active lifestyle and hope to maintain a regular workout schedule while living in Sydney. I spent last summer in Sydney living in Surry Hills and absolutely loved it. I would love to be back in Surry, but am also looking for a more beach focused summer this time around, so prioritizing eastern beaches + beach access (sorry Surry <3). I'm fairly flexible on duration of stay and am open to matching the energy you have in your space right now! I love to be social, but happy to do that with my friends outside of the house if you prefer your alone time + space. I also always love to meet new people, so I'm happy to be in a home that is social and active.
Important personal qualities
I have been backpacking and living in hostels for the majority of the last year, so I know how to share space and get along with people! It also means I don't own a lot of things (everything I own fits in a backpack haha). I work in hospitality so spend a lot of my energy out and about interacting with people, happy to bring this energy back into the house, but also happy to have my TikTok doom scroll time in the house as well to unwind. What I lack in possessions I make up for in personality :)
