I’m a nursing student and I also work part-time as a dental assistant, so life keeps me pretty busy — but I love it! Health and wellness are a big part of my lifestyle. I’m really into Pilates, and I enjoy going on runs or long walks, especially early in the morning. Sunrise walks are one of my favourite ways to start the day — peaceful, grounding, and always better with a good coffee after (I love checking out local cafés too!).
