Hello. I have just started a Traineeship in Defence where I'll be studying at TAFE Regency and extended work placements. I'm 40 and a quiet, respectable female. I have a 4wd and would prefer off street parking otherwise on street parking where there is space to park and not fight with the neighbours! If you have access to a working TV point in the bedroom would be great, as I love to watch my sports and movies to chill. Also need working heating and air con in the house.
