About the occupants
Our granny flat will be available for rent 8th of April.
We live up in the escarpment at the end of a cauldersac and have bushland right around us. We are a 5 minute drive to the beach, train station, Woolworths, and Woonona/Bulli main streets. Excess to the mountain bike/walking tracks on the lower escarpment trail, just about at our front door. You will have access to the back decking and garden, there is a veggie patch which you can get going if you like. We have beautiful gardens and we will maintain them. Quiet street and neighbours.
Please note the photos are from our current tenants (a couple). Will consider couples but just note the smaller size. You also need to be working and have references.price includes internet.
The flat will be available to view on the 8th of April onwards.

About us-my husband and I have moved for work and come back occasional weekends, my 20 year old son and his 3 month old kelpie live up stairs, we also rent a room out in our house too. They both work and occasionally have friends over. My son is a musician so plays guitar and sings, not always but when he gets time. You must like dogs as there is a puppy and our street is very dog friendly, you’ll often go out and all the neighbours are out playing with their dogs. Very friendly neighbours, lovely street to live in.
