Bright and comfortable split-room studio just a short stroll from the best of Austinmer living.
Less than a 5-minute walk to Austinmer train station and under 10 minutes to the beach, Moore Street General café, and walkable distance to Thirroul. There’s plenty of on-street parking and easy access to public transport.
The studio has a private entry and its own courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a practical kitchenette with a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave space, and an area suitable for dining and lounging. The separate bedroom includes a private bathroom with a washing machine fitting.
The studio sits beneath a family home with two young children. We’re out during the week with full-time work and childcare, so the space is generally quiet, though you may hear some household noise at times - much like in an apartment setting. The studio is fully self-contained and private, making it ideal for someone seeking a peaceful coastal base close to everything.
NB. we are currently updating the kitchen with additional cabinetry and extractor fan for cooking.
