Suitable for one quiet tenant only. No subletting. the property is secure, pets will be considered, however no cats.

All utilities, water, power, and internet are included in the rental however, a final figure will need to be agreed in the event of full time working from home situation, and a 5% winter tariff May-September to address additional power use,

On street parking is generally available and there is a separate stairway access to Meymott street.

Rental conditions at commencement shall be 2 weeks rent in advance plus 2 weeks bond. A minimum of two weeks notice will be required at the conclusion of the tenancy. Rent will be be reviewed after each 12 months

No other housemates share the room, on the property there is Stephen (private quarters)
