Modern, spacious and very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment available for short term (5 days Wed to Sunday) in the heart of Kings Cross / Potts Point on Bayswater Road. Fully furnished, air conditioned, internal laundry, king bed and other finishes - ideal for visitors or someone who needs a transitional stay. The place will be your own as I travel for work regularly. My agreement to the sub lease is subject to me meeting you, identity documents and a deposit. If that doesn’t suit you I understand - I just want someone respectful and caring to look after my place in my absence.
