Glamorous glamping over looking Rushcutters Bay. Recently moved in so haven’t fully furnished the apartment yet but it is a brand new reno in a fabulous location and a stunning view. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, two outdoor chairs on balcony and full dining table, - only thing is your Queen size bed is on the floor - decked out with CR linens and comfy pillows though and only a single chair and comfy mattress in the living room as couch hasn’t arrived yet. 75” TV with all the streamers - Netflix, Apple TV, Prime, Disney etc - very comfy and relaxing living. Elevator to outdoors and looks over at the CYC. Sit in the lounge room or the balcony and watch fish, birds, boats in the water or people and dogs in he park. Apartment is 2 bedroom but only one bedroom on offer for use for one trustworthy professional to have whole apartment to themselves whilst I am overseas for a few weeks. No additional guests. No parties. No smoking.
