Stylish 1 bedroom apartment on level 15 of the Parkridge Bld (an excellent location) in Darlinghurst. Offers city living, right on Oxford street, with a view towards Hyde Park, Central Station and Western Sydney / Central Station Clock tower. The place is fully furnished in all rooms, including bedroom. I also have all necessary appliances but you can also bring yours. A large balcony faces Oxford street, yet the place is quiet because it is high up. The building has a share pool on level 1.

There is a huge deck, with a public swimming pool that is heated in winter and you can find people here at all times enjoying the sun resort style right in the heart of Sydney.

You have everything at your doorstep here, hairdresser, beauty treatments, clothes shopping, cafes and restaurants, small bars, grocery store, gym, you name it. It is only minutes walk away from Crown Street and Fitness First Gym is just outside the apartment block.

I’m going away on holidays from June 17 to September 8 and renting out my place while I’m away. Dates are set. My expenses are usually higher than this bud I'd rather have someone nice here so I’ve lowered the price.

There is a second bedroom in the apartment that is used as a storage. My friend lives next door and will come by to check on cleaning.
