Description of the home
Leasing my entire Unit in a quiet block of 6 where everyone knows eachother and is super friendly. Short stroll to the famous coastal walk, Clovelly beach, Bronte and Coogee beach. Lots of great local cafes and pubs. Transport via bus to Bondi junction or directly to the city. Metro Woolworths in short walking distance.
Kitchen is cute and small but has everything you need including coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave and oven (no dishwasher unfortunately)
Lounge is also a queen fold out bed
Bedroom has a king bed, TV and aircon (warm or cold)
Laundry is outback in a lock up room that is just yours
Huge Communal garden to soak up the sun when you are not at the beach ( can be beach weather in the winter here!)
I will not include streaming services but will have internet.
I am hoping to have someone who can take my place for the entire time I’m away. Thanks
