Lounge partition room for rent. Sydney Uni , UTS and other universities only 1 bus to catch. Transport is closer to the home. Peaceful environment at home. Only 1 other person to share.

I am living in this unit by myself there is no other person living here. This place is clean, nice and tidy. The place I am renting out is off the lounge room so the lounge is partitioned so it could be used as a room. As I don't have a car there is a beautiful car port that you can keep your car. We can discuss this later on. The unit is elevated ground floor so no climbing lots of stairs.

I have am looking for a male student or a full time worker. You must be clean and tidy and don't have much belongings. There is a balcony out beside the lounge room to relax.

All bills included except electricity
Your time starts from the day you move in with electricity. The electricity fee is not that much. High speed internet MBPS 50 and water included. We will discuss this later on.

This place is CHEAP. I ask only 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.

If you decide to leave 2 weeks notice has to be given to me and if I tell you to go 2 weeks notice to be given. You have a big flexibility here cause some places one month notice needs to be given.
