Gorgeous, modern and tranquil 1 bedroom in the heart of Bondi. This oasis is a creative hub and a space to unwind with beautiful neighbourhood and water views. Sun drenched in the morning and stunning sunset in the evening. Get in touch with nature while staying in a city environment.

New appliances, high end kitchen utensils, designer furniture and iMac with desk space. Double bed with new Koala mattress. Modern shower and a lot of cabinet space.

Buses are just 5 min. 20 min walk to the beach or 18 min walk to Bondi Junction. Tons of cafe's, gyms and local supermarkets all on Bondi Road.

Special terms are - keeping the house as prestine as it is. This is non smoker because I am very sensitive to smoke. A bond is in place because of the equipment that will be available in the house and the value of the appliances.

Bills and expenses

Electricity and Gas won't be included because that all depends on your usage of the appliances while I am away. My bill comes in monthly so I will pass that on to you.

Internet is on me. Cleaner fee will depend on how you leave the premises.
