I am subletting my lovely fully furnished 1-bed apartment with parking close to Bondi Beach. Really nice quiet block with outdoor swimming pool, parking and balcony. I usually live in the apt but I'm going to Melbourne for work for 6 weeks. It's super homely with plants galore!
Amazing location, short walk to Bondi beach, Icebergs, plenty of bars and restaurants and Westfield shopping center. Great transport by bus or train to city and beyond.
The light and bright generous sized bedroom has a queen sized bed, linen bed sheets, and a built in wardrobe. Bathroom is modern and clean with a large rain shower. The combined kitchen and living area is compact and provides everything you need to cook at home or chill and watch Netflix. There’s fast speed WiFi, a smart tv, washing machine, coffee machine, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
