It’s below our family home. Separate entrance and private.

It’s a 1 bedroom studio, open living area, kitchenette etc

There is an outdoor patio and off street parking. Access to your own section of the garden if you would like to grow your own food

It is fully furnished - fridge, dining table, new stove, bed, couch, etc

Split system and ceiling fan

It’s $525 a week which includes water, electricity and unlimited internet.

We are a young family living upstairs.

We have had great tenants in the past and are looking for the right tenants for the space.

Sorry no pets or children and strictly no smokers.

We have an excited staffy who loves cuddles and a cat (shared backyard with animals) Must love dogs

Happy to look at a 6 month or yearly lease
