The space on offer consists of a large double bedroom with a queen size bed, bed side tables with lamps and double door built in wardrobe. There is a small entertainment unit with a small TV and a small desk and chair for work or study. Adjoining this is a private ensuite bathroom with shower only, large mirrored vanity with cupboard and drawer storage and toilet. Adjoining this is a small lounge room which has a comfortable 3 seater lounge and a small entertainment unit with larger TV. There is a small extendable dining table & chairs and a small coffee table. Both rooms have large opening sliding windows allowing plenty of natural light and ventilation. Both rooms have ceiling fans. The bedroom has views over the golf course to Tweed Heads and Coolangatta. Adjacent to the living area is a small kitchenette with full size sink, hot/cold water, a full size fridge freezer, storage cupboards and a small dishwasher. There is also a microwave, air fryer, induction cooktop, coffee machine, blender and all kitchen utensils cutlery & crockery etc all for the exclusive use of the tenant.

About the household. We are a large house on a quiet street set well back from the road. The space on offer occupies one corner of the building on the lower level at the end of a hallway so it is in a private part of the home but does not have a separate entry.

There is a bus stop located within 150m but this property would ideally suit someone with their own transport. 10 Min to Gold Coast Airport, John Flynn Hospital or Southern Cross Uni, 5 Min to Tweed City Shopping Centre, less than 10 Min to beaches and local shops are within walking distance.

The property is available for short to medium term rental only as it is used on rare occasions by visiting family. It is available for single occupancy only, female preferred. This is not negotiable. Sorry but we are not able to take couples, children or pets. It would ideally suit a student on short term work placement, visiting worker or person on short term secondment. It can be available for periods from a few days for up to 6-8 months depending on availability. Rent is advertised at a weekly rate but a nightly rate can be negotiated for very short stays if required.
