Professional older couple we are empty nesters with extra space - as we live in the other levels of the 3 level townhouse we would only see you occasionally passing by. We do share the back courtyard and outdoor laundry.
We have large balconies so tend not to use the courtyard. The courtyard has a large glass BBQ and fish pond
