Situated in the suburb of Frankston South, we offer fully furnished studio apartment style accommodation.

Our property is adjacent to the Frankston South Nature Reserve, perfect for nature walks, bike rides and kayaking. Our home is located on a tree lined street in a peaceful, safe and friendly neighbourhood.

The accommodation, recently renovated, is very comfortable and fully furnished. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The space also includes a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster oven, slow cooker, sandwich maker, crockery, bar fridge, etc. A student desk and chair is available to ensure a comfortable area to study. There is a separate entrance (you have your own set of keys) and the property is very secure. We have an alarm system, sensor lights and security cameras.

We are located 5km from central Frankston and Monash University Peninsula Campus is 3km away. There is access to public transport - a bus stop is conveniently located at the top of the street.

All utilities and unlimited wifi NBN are included in the price. The cost is only $300 weekly/$1200 per month. We request that a bond of $1200 is paid upfront along with a month's rent. Ongoing rent can be paid weekly or fortnightly.

We are a professional couple in our mid-50's with a 20-year-old son. We have been living in Frankston South for over ten years. We both work locally full time in the fields of community services and health. We enjoy travelling, camping, reading, music and cooking.

We are looking for a female who is quiet and respectful, engaged in full time employment or a full time on campus student (no online courses) who is focused on their studies. The space is only suitable for one person (no couples, no pets, no smokers/vaping). Perfect for independent living. We are a friendly family but respect your privacy and space.
