**Available 28th April** A self-contained 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of our double-storey home: bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom that are all yours (no sharing)!
Ceilings are high, so the feeling is spacious.
Mostly unfurnished, although it includes whitegoods: fridge, microwave, washing machine, and split-system heating/cooling.
It currently has crockery and cookware, a TV and a large set of drawers if you'd like to use them.

My partner Marty & I have restored a beautiful old 1890s double storey building.
We live upstairs - an area totally separate to the 1-bedroom apartment listed here.
Marty & I both have studios downstairs on either side of the apartment.

We live next door to a bar that is licensed until 1am Thursday-Sunday & 11pm on other nights. Please consider your tolerance for noise: you will hear people talking and having fun in the bar's courtyard some nights, & occasionally some music (although it’s usually not audible after 10pm). Marty is a musician, so you'll likely hear him on weekends [at low volume] but only during the day.

Transport is a breeze: we're close to Victoria Park train station, Eastern Freeway entrance, Hoddle St buses and it's a short walk to Smith Street for trams. There are many cafes, bars and eateries nearby, as well as 3 supermarkets, bottle shops and lots of gyms! It's a fantastic and vibrant place to live.

For walkers/cyclists we're close to the Yarra River's open spaces and bike paths, as well as Victoria Park football oval.

My partner Marty and I are both creatives who work in the corporate event space. When not at events, we're generally in our studios making music & art.

Although we will live in a separate floor of the building, you'll see us coming & going. We're easy going & respectful of others' space, yet friendly and up for a chat. It'd be nice to have an occasional housemate meal together, but no pressure!
