Description of the home
Located 5 minutes from the train station and bus stop, the Shed is also within walking distance to the Darebin Parklands, Fairfield shopping strip and the Farmer's Market.
The Shed is a self contained granny flat that is currently being refreshed after our long term tenant moved out. it will not be available until the end of the month.
Please note that whilst these are pictures of the actual space, it is is being refreshed so will look a little cosmetically different (mainly furniture and soft furnishings). The Shed will come partly furnished (bed, bedside tables, fridge, couch, table and chairs) but if you have your own things, these can easily be removed. Just let me know.
There are three rooms - bedroom (with a door), modern bathroom/laundry (with a Miele washing machine) and a kitchenette/living area. There is also a private courtyard to enjoy the warmer nights.
Access is via a side, well lit, drive/laneway. Alphington is a safe family friendly area and there is plenty of on-street parking.
