Furnished, generous-sized studio with creek views. Plenty of space - a paved deck and lawns. We have alternative furnishings if the current ones do not suit! The patio and lawn is primarily yours, aside from visits from our Groodle & Cavoodle. We are a busy family of three (school-age kids)I work full-time. Must be okay with dogs 🐾

IDEAL for someone who doesn’t smoke, is okay living close to a happy busy family - we don’t mind being social, how-ever school nights are very quiet. Studio unfortunately is not suited to someone who likes to party due to proximity to the main house. Short-term, or open to longer. Fully furnished (double bed), bright, and clean - with our garden backing onto/views of the Talle Creek.
