Fully furnished, private, 1 bedroom + 1 study granny flat, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining table, couch, smart TV, separate (small) study + wardrobe. Bedding, linens etc (it's been set up as an Airbnb so has (almost!) everything you'll need).
Separate entry and completely private living space though we share the yard and laundry.
Best suited to a student, backpacker or young working person/couple.
We can't accommodate pets unfortunately 😞
No off-street parking but I can provide a parking permit.
