We’re looking to rent out our spare room, which is on a different level from our bedrooms.
We’re hoping to find a female tenant who’s comfortable with children, as we have two boys aged 8 and 5.
Here are some details about the room and our home:
• Rent: $400 per week (all bills included, including WiFi). If they’re open to helping with the boys occasionally, we can discuss reducing the rent.
• Room: A private double bedroom with a large TV (Netflix included).
• Bathroom: There are 3 bathrooms in the house. The one next to the rented room will mainly be for their use, although the boys may occasionally use it during the day.
• Kitchen: They’ll have their own section in the pantry and full use of the kitchen.
• Outdoor space: We have a big house with plenty of room to relax, including a large garden and pool.
We’re looking for someone to move in around the end of February. If you know anyone who might be interested, we’d love to meet them!
