No aircon, fans only however downstairs is quite cool due to ceiling insulation and double brick walls.

All appliances are brand new inc wall mounted tv, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, cordless vaccuum and robot vaccum called Alfred.

Your room is private & accessible by you only.

Access to upstairs is via internal staircase for use of shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

We are a working couple with 1 adult son living at home who you would share the main bathroom with as we have our own ensuite.

Feel free to make use of large back yard oasis with pool.

Would suit single person only, Non-smoker, must be clean & tidy, independent and currently employed or studying. Not a party house. Low ceilings downstairs so not suitable for anybody over 6 foot. Must be ok with our Golden Retriever dog.
