This is a granny flat next to the main residence. It is a separate dwelling as the main house has a separate entry. Parking is available in carport.

Property is located at the bottom/south of Capalaba. Embedded in nature and in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. 5 minutes down the road is a local shopping centre. Bus stop to Capalaba central and city is only 10 minutes walking distance away.

Everything you would need is within: a light filled entry lounge, an open living area, a generous kitchen, a compact laundry, 2 bedrooms with fans, a bathroom, and an outdoor pool that you can use in the hotter months.

Limited furnitures within. If you need basic furnishings, I'd be happy to discuss. Some photos show the place with furnitures previously.

The flat has been renovated, it is clean and spacious and my priority is to maintain the neatness. I am looking for respectful, considerate, and clean occupant/s, especially as we will be sharing the carport and outdoor areas. So the right fit is important for both you and me :)
Some gardening help would be greatly appreciated.
