Lovely granny flat - super clean at rear of 1000m2 block behind a lovely 1895 standstone villa. Fully furnished (or partly). living room, full kitchen, own bathroom. Separate bedroom and small study area. A lovely undercover courtyard. Fully private - nothing shared. Off street parking.
Croydon train station is 2 min walk away - 2 stops to CBD will see you in CBD in 7 mins. If you like cycling, our street is part of a greenway bike path that leads to the city and also Port Adelaide.
