The building is architecturally designed, secure, and amazingly located 20m from Victoria Street, 600m from North Richmond Train Station and 300m to two supermarkets.

You’ll be sharing just with me, which gives so much space between us with a big kitchen/living/dining, private rooftop, and spare lounge/bedroom.

I’m 29 and work full time in Product Management for an apparel company, currently WFH. I enjoy a clean house, love to cook and entertain, and live a busy work and social life.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and will enjoy a few drinks on the rooftop.

Rate is $350 per week, not including bills. Bills include a cleaner fortnightly, $80 divided by the two of us.
