Description of the home

Great house in Arundel with space for you too. We are looking for a couple of housemates similar interests to whoever we get to move in. The house is not in a complex but is labeled 47/5 or 5 as it has already paid body corporate fees that give access to a pool, bbq area, gym, sauna and business area that is ours to access around the corner. Two living areas, be wherever you want. No back yard but an outdoor area with table and seats off the second (main) lounge/living area and kitchen.

Two lounge areas with matching couches to seperate the 3 bedrooms that will be occupied in the house. Big screen tv, dining table and chairs with room to relax.

Close to the M1 with on street parking if you have a car. Love life and animals but can’t accept those who have them sorry.

We are looking for friendly clean, tidy respectful people to share our home. You will have your own fridge space and access to the house laundry (with your own soaps), Bathroom is yours and another’s to keep clean. Ready to go kitchen stocked with appliances microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and Plenty of shelf space. If you have some of your own stuff that’s welcome too - just mention what you have.
