Home Description

Description of the home

This is a lovely bedroom available that has an ensuite. I'm a super friendly and relaxed guy who loves a nice mix of keeping to myself and being social. This place has a great city view and best of all (aside from your bedroom) everything is furnished. A big spacious couch, dining room table for 6, all appliances are already there. All you need is a bed and whatever other bedroom furniture. You have full access to the balcony which has city views.

This is a great place and I have a great 4k TV with netflix, amazon prime and lots of Blu Rays. I like to clean as I go with house work and I think it makes things much easier if a detailed list of chores are agreed upon.

About the occupants
My name is Alex and I work in the LGBTI community. I'm really friendly and love saying hello and asking how your day was. But sometimes its important to pick up on cues like, I'm to tired and I want to go to my room, type cue which means just a simple hello will do. I'm very respectful of others but not much of a partier and I don't drink much. I love talking about big ideas, watching news and current affairs but also am a die hard sci fi tragic. Love to have a housemate I can watch a good sci fi movie with or watch the latest ep of GoT. I love spirituality and respect everyone beliefs.
Compatible people
I like someone who I can relate to, to live with. Someone who's a good communicator and is kind and considerate. I respect others but to be honest if you smoke or do drugs this place is probably not for you. I do like a good nights sleep and so like noise to be kept to a minimum most nights after 10pm. I think the best thing I like in a housemate is a sense of calm and proportion.
