Large 4 bedroom house where you have a bedroom and bathroom, and shared study if required. We have a couple of cats and a puppy who will need walking and feeding whilst we happen to be both away if needed and this can be negotiable with reduced rent, so you would need to be pet friendly. You will need to be responsible and trustworthy as you will be alone at weeks at a time, giving yourself freedom. We have a BBQ, Foxtel, gyms and parks and shopping centre close by, and lots of vets. Could ideally be an ideal situation for any Vet Nurses or students. Secure yard and house, 400m to the Swan river, 100m to Great Eastern Highway bus stop.

About the occupants
My wife and I own the house but recently have had roster changes meaning that we will both be away at the same time for a few days at a time. We are fun, genuine married couple in professional roles that do long hours so like to relax when we are home. We have 3 quiet indoor cats and a gorgeous 14month old boxer puppy named Tsar. We enjoy getting out, hiking, exploring going to events around perth
Compatible people
We are offering our home to someone looking for a place they can have to themselves regularly, but also to take the responsibility as if it was your own. Someone who is good with pets as we would ask that the tenant be able to feed the pets and exercise dog on the days we are away.
We would also look at possibility of live in house keeper/cook looking to carry out these duties for free rent to the right applicant.

3 beautiful cats, 2 girls and a boy. 1 girl is a rescue from Perth and the other 2 were pets in Kyrgyzstan that we brought to Australia with us when we returned back. Affectionate and quiet. Tsar is a young 14month old gourgrous energetic boxer pup that loves cuddles and walks. There is courtyard setup that also alows
