It's huge. Amazingly huge for this inner city area. It's modern. Lots of breakout areas. Level 3 is a 2 bedroom studio with sizeable granite bathroom and large shower. Lot's of options. Ideally I would like to rent level 3 as a reasonably self contained area. The other option is rent both rooms separately and share bathroom.
Beautifully furnished, owner occupied home. Must love pets. 2 well behaved, old dogs. Exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Looking for like minded mature but fun person who can respect others property.

Hi - I am Maxine. I have recently relocated to Sydney. I have just moved into this beautiful property with my pets. I work in the CBD. I enjoy networking with new and interesting people but I also like quite time to regain balance after a hectic day at work. I am very dedicated to ensuring my animals are looked after and I maintain a very clean environment for us to live. They are well trained and have fitted in perfectly to this new routine.

Looking for a mature person but someone who likes to have a laugh, can be relied on to pay their rent and expenses with no worry. There is no need to live in each others pockets in this property but it is nice to share a meal occasionally or open a bottle of wine on a Friday sometimes and have a chat about the day etc. Someone who is clean and hygienic, will look after my property and things as I would do myself. I have 2 elderly dogs. Both are 11 years old. Very well trained. They have been professionally trained so are exceptionally clean and house trained - there is absolutely no problem on that front.
