Beautiful house in Abbotsford. Carpeted and vinyled. Grassy front yard and great plant/concretey back yard. Not modern and shiny, but that's what we like about it. Laundry and 2nd toot out back. Currently most of the house's decor belongs to our housemates who are moving out. The house will look a little different once our things are up.

Hello, we are a queer couple in our late twenties, early thirties. We both study and work. She studies Community Services and bartends and I study Auslan and destroy my soul in retail. We are social but never bring the party home and would hope for the same. We definitely love our down time and being at home so try to create our house as a cosy, plant filled, lived-in space. We are equally happy with a housemate who is invested in a homey vibe as we are with a housemate who is completely independent and doing their own thing. We have lived in many houseshares and consider ourselves respectful and easy going.

Funny and kind are the most important qualities to us. House trained and relaxed are also highly important, we've had negative experiences with people who are highly strung and passive aggressive so neither of those please.
