My home is four bedroom and one bathroom house. At the back of my house there is one bedroom granny flat. I want to rent the granny flat. At this stage, nobody lives in the main house. It means that if someone is renting my granny flat, he or she will be alone in the 909 square meters compound. I am just buying that house. I probably get the house in the last week of November or the first week of December. That house comes with swimming pool. But I cannot maintain the swimming pool.
