Our place is a beautiful old bluestone house only a 10 minute walk to West Tce. Easy access to Henley Beach road buses, walking distance to The Wheatsheaf.
Generous sized bedrooms, floor boards, high ceilings, dishwasher, ample kitchen space, spa bath (in bathroom), ducted heating and cooling, two toilets, one bathroom, shed for storage, small veggie patch and a lovable dog. The room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is fully furnished but we are happy to accommodate anything you wish to contribute to the living areas.

About the occupants
You will be sharing with 1 woman (32) 1 male (27) and a couple (short term, will be moving out at the end of May). Potentially looking for two house mates, 1 to move in end of April and 1 at the end of May. During the week we all work hard and respect each other's space but are happy to kick back and socialise in the house on weekends.
