Private room in a split level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (apologies for spare bedroom photo, currently occupied with excess stuff, will update again when cleared).

Ground floor entrance, with direct access to outdoor pool. Part of Linc building on Mandible Street, only 200 metres from Green Square station, bus stop just outside building.

There is a large undercover parking lot but only 1 spot allocated for 2 bedroom apartments (potential to try and utilise another apartments parking spot...). There are quite a few undercover visitors parking spots available.

Large balcony on 1st floor, study on ground floor and open plan kitchen lounge area.

Flatmate will be sharing with me (Peter). I'm 34, office worker in FMCG working in the city. I like to try and stay active, enjoy the gym and try to go most days. Also love my home time, cooking, watching TV/movies, love red wine, and enjoy having a bit of a chat (or playing a sweet game of Cards against Humanity), and own time in equal quantities.
