Description of the home

Situated at the start of the beautiful Currumbin Valley (opposite the Eco Village), my home is a large, serene, modern 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a study, nestled in the treetops on 5 acres (mostly bush land).

The house has massive balconies accessible from most rooms, large lounge and separate dining area, fire place, Foxtel, broadband internet, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, laundry, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and off-street parking, and is only 10 minutes’ drive to the M1, Currumbin Beach or the Currumbin Rock Pools, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are also within delivery areas for takeaway food, taxi/Uber, and Woolworths etc. however there is no public transport to the Currumbin Valley so you will need to have your own vehicle.

The lounge, kitchen, laundry and dining room are already furnished but I'm happy to compromise if you have your own furniture too. For the right person, rent may be negotiable.

The current lease runs out on the 13th January 2018 and at this stage I am unsure what the owners wish to do after this date. They may sell.

The house bills will be equally shared, which break down to approximately:
- Electricity – $90 each per month
- Water – $20 each per month
- Foxtel / Broadband – $65 each per month
- Cleaning – $90 each per month (professional total house clean twice per month) ** Can reduce to once per month if needed **
