Very cozy 2x2 apartment within walking distance of Belmont Forum shopping center, and Belmont Tavern, and close enough to plenty of arterial roadways to get to work. Plenty of buses to get to and from places and close to Crown and the city for a night out.
Inside is fully furnished in living room with Home Theater and Home Theater PC with tonnes of movies/TV already downloaded to watch, equipped with reverse cycle air-con to keep hot days cool and cool days cozy.
Own shower and toilet for yourself (Washer and dryer is in the same room)
Great, and quiet neighbors, safe neighborhood and a 2 minute walk to Faulkner Park and Belmont Oasis which has a gym and public pool.
Street parking available only (sorry) but it is free and 3 other people from the complex park there also, with no issues!

Im out 50% of weekends in one way or another, always go hiking or cycling every weekend for exercise and enjoyment. I enjoy cooking but i'm not great at it.
I enjoy playing games in my spare time or watching TV.
